This may sound silly, but most of the time I focus on the little successes of my day that build up to big ones (weight loss). For example, today instead of one of my favorite kind of brownies, I ate some raw carrots and broccoli. The fact that I resisted the temptation of a brownie and instead chose a healthy snack makes me feel good and motivated. So here is a place to share your tiny successes throughout the day.
