    E Just did Turbo Abs, today is c25k week 2 day 2
    E Off the wagon since Thanksgiving. Just a little bit of this and that - the kiss of doom! Focus and logging everything, even my vitamin into Fitday
    D Day off, finish my Christmas decorations. Also today is my baby's birthday!! He is 17. Need to cook his birthday dinner, he refuses to have cake and ice cream though til his Gramp is out of the hospital.

    Please continue to keep Gramp in your prayers.
  • Good morning MotherMavis!!! I know how you feel. I thought i had been off track this Thanksgiving holiday too but i drank tons and tons of water yesterday and i saw 137 last night on the scale before i went to bed. Then this morning i saw it again!! I am so excited.

    ANd happy birthday to your baby. I hope gramps makes it home real soon so he can have some cake and ice cream too.

    This weekend was pretty exciting for me. I went window shopping and decided to try on some smaller jeans. I was sooo excited when i pulled on a pair of misses 4 jeans and they fit. I wanted to buy them sooooo bad, but i didn't have enough money. I did buy me a cute red blouse that was a size small (4-6). I hope everyone has had a great weekend.

    My weed for today:
    W- 8 glasses (or more)
    E- cardio class at the gym
    E- 1200 calories
    D- Keep it small, keep it clean....and you'll be at goal before you know it!!!
  • Lumi- if the 4 fit me, I'd have been tempted to steal them if I didn't have the money with me!! Just kidding, but WOW, good for you!! And a small blouse to boot, that is wonderful. 137 lbs, I can't wait to get there!
  • Wow - a size 4!! I think I wore that when I was about 7. It's been all downhill since then.

    I, like some of the rest of you, went a little haywire over the long weekend, but got right back on track this AM, with a longer, faster walk on the treadmill. It was worth it, because I found that I was barely winded. I could have been doing this for a long time!

    This week:
    W - 48 oz
    E - longer, faster treadmill
    E - totally on program
    D - I'm worth this, so no more holiday excuses!!!!
  • Got to re-watch "Forrest Gump" over the long Holiday Weekend . . . inspired to tell you that I went completely OffPlan and totally insane on eating & drinking (not water) :

  • w/i at 156. Phew! No 158 like yesterday! So, that is good news for me. I shed two pounds from last week. Now, to stay OP again today. One day at a time.

  • Can't help you there auddie. I don't think I ever knew when this challenge ended. Probably due to my one day at a time thing.

  • I like the one day at a time thing, too, clykk. I'll jump on board with you. I think I remember that the challenge was to go until Dec 17 (last WI day). I remember because it's birthday 45 for me , and I'd love to be at or around 305, staring into the face of the 200's with glee and a determined jaw!!!
  • Congrats onthe weight loss Lumifan and Clykk! I like the "one day at a time" approach too. Aud, December 17 is the last challenge day. I stayed on track today except for exercise. I only got for a short walk and believe me it was a spite walk rather than my usual. Just not impressed with DH today. I have to admit that more than once I felt like stuffing my face but managed to avoid.

    Yesterday wasn't the best, eating-wise. I relly need to go to the market for more veggies and fruit, but today looks packed. Blah. We'll see.

    E - watch the calories. Cook lunch at home (salad?)
    D - scratch some things off my massive to do list!

  • I made it girls I didn't even want to look at the scale, but i have done pretty ok so far. need more water though, and I've gotta get some good dinner down. I need to run to the store tonight though, hopefully i can get over and get fabric for my dress.

  • Hey all! Thanks for the prayers for Gramp, he is doing a bit better. He is 85, so he is getting more frail. Hoping he comes home soon, he is miserable at the hospital.

    As for me, I missed Day 2 of week 2 yesterday, I did do what I could on the elliptical but had to spend most of the day at the Hospital & the rest celebrating DS birthday. He is very close to Gramp, so was hard. Will not get out of work til after dark, so unlikely will get to it today either. Maybe tomorrow before work.

    e clean and fitday
    d back to work, let's have a big push to the end of the year
