well i just signed up for the ww on line program today and after looking over both programs im leaning toward core but im not very good at coming up with meal plans and i didnt really find anyplace on the site that had day o day menues the way the flex program does so i guess im hoping to get lots of help here
oh i should introduce myself. im faylene and i live in maine and its getting really cold up here but thats a story for another day...im 50 and almost 100lbs overwieght and want to start a new 50 in much better shape. happy thanksgiving to all and cant wait to get to know everyone

Faylene, several here used to post menus. There hasn't been much menu posting lately, though. Check out the recipe threads here. You might get some good ideas there.

I just switched to core myself after doing Flex for a while and finding myself in a rut. I also do the on line tracking, so maybe I can help. Once you have chosen a plan (and you can switch if you decide you don't like it on the on line site) you can browse through recipe suggestions in different food categories. Also, these boards are a good place to get recipe ideas.
The thing is to poke around and ask questions, like you are doing here, and you'll get more positive responses than not, I'm sure.

I surf for recipes all the time. There are oodles of them out here on the web.
There are tons of recipes online.. google search is my friend.. and there are lots of recipes you can make core friendly if you're on core.
