So I am losing weight I have been on this almost two weeks and the first week I lost 5 which is normal and so far I have lost 2 lbs for this week. My week ends on Monday. Well I have lowered my fat intake and calories and it seems to be working for me. However, when I track this all on fitday.com and you enter your food information my carbs are high. It runs 30 - 40 percent of my daily intake.
I am switching to whole grain bread and wheat items. It just seems like everything I eat is a lot of carbs. Is it possible to lower all three without cutting everything I like out of my life?

IMHO - 2 pounds a week is a healthy rate of loss. Given, the 5 pound week was bound to be higher because it was your first...but even so, congrats!!
