I have read the posts where people have been excited to fit into an item of clothing and thought, "Man, I could SURE use a victory like that!" It's kept me inspired (and just a wee tad bit jealous, I admit) as I've kept plowing away at my weight loss.

Finally, this morning, I am here to announce that I am wearing a pair of jeans I had almost written off for the charity pile. Holy cow! It feels every bit as wonderful as others described!

My goal in all of this has been to "get my gap back." You know, when your thighs don't rub together and you can actually see a space between your legs where they meet at your crotch? It's barely there, but it's coming back!

I want to thank the academy... and all the nice waitstaff who have brought my dressing on the side... and 3FC!

I do have another pair of "goal" jeans for this next leg of my journey but, for now, I did it!

CONGRATS!!!! What a great way to head into the holidays - whoo hoo!!!!

This Thanksgiving, I vow I will leave the table satisfied, not stuffed! It's just a meal and there will be many more to enjoy!
