Weekend Planning - 17/18 Nov

  • Saturday

    Breakfast - Special K and no fat yoghurt

    Lunch - Sandwich - soy & linseed bread, shaved ham, sundried tomato, tomato, cheese, cucumber, beetroot and lettuce

    Dinner - Going out for Italian - so I ended up having the entree sized gnocchi with plain tomato sauce - and ate about a third of it.

    Snacks - shaved ham and a nectarine

    Exercise - Spin class followed by Body Combat class

    Sunday

    Breakfast - 2 x multigrain toast with vegemite

    Lunch - Apples and yoghurt

    Dinner - Veggie sausages with steamed veggies and sweet potato

    Exercise - Spin class and possibly body pump in the afternoon
