Hello there Kentucky Girl. Good job on your weight loss and it is so good to have you here. I know you will really find it very motivational. I have been counting calories and exercising daily.This seems to be working for me.What kind of plan have you been doing?
When I started I was just counting calories, a couple of months ago I joined weight watchers (I needed someone else to see the scale.) I exercise about five days a week (I actually enjoy it most days!) Thanks for all the support.
