time for yet another new thread - wow we are busy!
I have been away from a computer all week so no posts - I have let my exercise lapse temporarily - I have to get back into it this week.
Daytona - congratulations on joining Curves for Women...that sounds fabulous...it WILL make a difference to your body shape and getting out and mixing with other women working towards the same fitness goal is a big bonus.
Jennifa - thanks for keeping us posted on your progress. I am slowly getting back to what I consider 'normal' I hope you are doing ok.
How are the rest of you doing? Gobbie, cassie99 (long time no hear), did I miss anyone else?

So now I am really grumpy and I feel sorry for my coworkers. Maybe I will take a day off on Friday.
It's bad because then I get into the depression really bad.
Didn't get out of bed until 4:00 this afternoon. Then sat around until I got a call that I had to teach at church. Was able to force myself to go but couldn't teach. Just put on a tape for the kids to watch. Couldn't take a chance of being in front of the class and having an attack. I cry allot during and after them. Thank God, no problem there.

the only thing that worked for me was to keep going out no matter how uncomfortable I felt! This is when we make the best progress! My doc told me to just keep at it and with time things will get easier.
