  • B - Special K Protien cereal, skim milk
    L - pizza bread, salad, sf pudding cup
    S - celery
    D - shredded bbq chicken sand on ww bun w/ swiss, baked potato fries, peas/carrot veggie mix

    E - 30 min on treadmill
  • B - Oatmeal with banana, blueberries and Tbsp peanut butter
    S - Raw almonds + FF yogurt
    L - Smoothie
    D - Tuna Salad Melt (made with fat free yogurt and low fat cheese) with a side spinach salad
    S - Orange
  • b-cup of jo
    l-2 mini corn-on-cob, baked chicken
    d-idk, have to work
  • B: Banana and two boiled egg whites
    L: Pizza
    S: 100-cal handi-snack
    D: Nachos -- Backed Chips, Low Fat Cheese, FF Refried Beans, salsa, onions, lettuce
