Gained 2 pounds, didn't meet my Haloween goal and been way off plan but I am back ready to give it another try. Changed my goal for Thanksgiving and will be happy to just get under 200 at this point. Anything else is gravy.
I missed you guys! It's hard to keep myself honest when I'm not checking in here often. So no more junk foods (we moved so was w/o kitchen set up for a week) and no more soda and better portions. I can do this!
