back from hiatus

  • Gained 2 pounds, didn't meet my Haloween goal and been way off plan but I am back ready to give it another try. Changed my goal for Thanksgiving and will be happy to just get under 200 at this point. Anything else is gravy.

    I missed you guys! It's hard to keep myself honest when I'm not checking in here often. So no more junk foods (we moved so was w/o kitchen set up for a week) and no more soda and better portions. I can do this!
  • Glad your back! Looks like you know what you have to do so this doesn't happen again - check in 3fc at least once a day. Keep your head up and those 2lbs will be gone in no time
  • Aww 2 lbs is nothing. You'll get those guys off and a few of his cousins in no time at all now that you've made the decision to get rid of the soda and junk food and watching your portions. Maybe you want to consider tracking your calories, I find for me that is the only way I can really keep my portions in check. Readjusting your goal was a great idea. You CAN do this. You definitely can. Good luck!!!
