I have seen several options for substituting for the LA drink,

Celebrity drink, Knudsens Morning Blend, etc.

Can someone attest for which is best and also give me directions on how to mix it correctly.

I prefer Knudsen's Morning Blend - you mix 26 oz of Knuden's Morning Blend with 6 oz of water and 8 tsp Benefiber.
