Hi! I'm trying to start a new thread for people who are close to goal. The weight is coming off more slowly and thoughts now turn towards keeping it all off!
I've been following my own program of low fat/high fiber since 1/1/01 and I've lost 86 pounds. I'd like to loose another 7 - 10 pounds. The new clothes look good (size 10!!) and sometimes it's easy to loose the initial motivation!
Looking forward to hearing from the rest of you who are "so close, yet so far!"

Last month when I weighed in, I lost 6 lbs which brought me to my -100 lb mark and 5 lbs away from goal... Two weeks ago I weighed in and gained +1 lb, so now I'm 6 lbs away from goal...
I'm not journaling at the moment, because I just know I'm not staying within my points... A little motivation is I hate paying to weigh in...
But that is easily forgotten about to....
