the one of him standing on the scales and pointing at the dial shouting liar!? well that was me on thursday followed by a barage of other hastely compiled offensive words. i missed my weekly target by get this 8oz! a mere half a pint of water!
well next thursday will be different cos i'm going to break that silly 20st barrier. even if i only lose the 8oz i need i'll drop to being 19st x as opposed to 20st x.
realistically though if i stick to things the average i should be about 19st 12-13lb.
