My version of Chinese

  • I just have to share my version of chinese food just because its delicious!!! And very very easy!!

    1 serving of brown whole grain rice
    Steamed Vegetables (I use asian medley veggies)
    Soy Sauce to taste (Mine is 10c. per tbsp)

    Cook the rice 160c, Add the veggies(50 per 1 cup) add the soy sauce.
    And there you go, a nice lunch!!!
