what do you do with your keys?????

DH is not always home, and I'm terrified of dropping my keys somewhere!!! I've tried my pocket but i end up keeping my hand there just in case!!!

what do you guys do???

I usually walk (once it gets cool like it is now) wearing a fleece vest that has pockets that zip shut. I go out and keep my keys in one and my cell phone and iPod in the other.

Do you have zippered pockets? How about a neck chain with just your house key?

I keep my keys in my zippered pocket.

I occassionally tie a single key into my shoe lace... If you put the key on the lace before tying them and be sure to double knot, it stays good and secure.

Tie them to the string in your shorts or pants, or within the bow of your shoelaces.

I hold them in my hand, positioning them for one key to stick out, like a dagger, in case somebody tries to grab me or something, then I can stab them in the eye and run like crazy.

I heard how to do it on tv a long time ago, and have done it ever since. It never hurts to be too careful these days, ya know?

I picked up a lanyard - neck ribbon -at a dollar store. It has one of those quick release catches that you can hook your key ring on. I had to cut back on the number of keys I carried, 'cuz it got really heavy (think boat anchor) around my neck!

That's scary - I had some creep follow me half way home from work on halloween. He kept honking his horn and telling me to get into his car. I don't know who he was but it scared the **** out of me. The asswipe had the nerve to do this on a FULLY crowded street!!! Jerk I could see people watching out for me though - which is nice

My keys I keep in my poket because it's zippered. I think I still have one of those fanny packs somewhere collecting dust in my basement lol.

I just put mine in my pocket. I did see socks selling in an Avon book that had a zippered pocket for a key. They were socks from Curves I believe. Good luck!

Tamaralynn, that is so scary! You could have been one of those stories on the news! You watch out for him, he may still be out there somewhere....not to scare you but I always am thinking of scenarios like that. Be CAREFULL out there!

I have a little stretchy bracelet thing that I use for for walking, and it has my spare house keys on it.

I leave my "real" keys at home.

I buy only exercise pants with pockets. Hard to find, especially because I like cottony-type pants, but I stock up when I locate them. I need pockets!
