Throughout my diet, there have been many times I wanted to give up and even times, I did give up. After a week of ben&jerry's, I got back on the horse again. The key is finding a diet that works for you. When I started, I wasn't aware of all the diets out there. Sure I knew of the big ones, Atkins, South Beach, etc. But there are so many others and one of them may be the diet that actually works for you!
