Well, I found out Saturday that I made my goal of 100. Sunday, I went out and splurged. Well, there is more involved than that. Some of my family is moving out of state so I invited them out to week...this is my last weekend with them! We went to Claim Jumpers. I have ONLY been there once before and I ate healthy! So, this time I wanted to really taste their food and see what al lthe hoopla was about. Here was my menu.
1 mozzarella stick
6 onion rings (small)
baby back pork ribs
baked potato (super nig) cheese, bacon bits, butter and sour cream to the side- I did eat some of it BUT not alot.
Only water.
A slice of chocolate cake- w/ chocolate icing
Anywho, afterwards we went shopping...I am about a size 16 and fit comfortable in a XL.
To stop damage..I am going to eat 1000-1200 cal a day. Id ont mind not losing this week....but gaining I dont want to do.

Anyone else still celebrate/socialize with food???
