Hey Robin, my boyfriend loves cauliflower and I'd love to try your mashed cauliflower. Can you give me some tips, I am not a big cauliflower fan and have never tried it before. Thanks!

I don't know if Robin's is different, but here's one idea for you, anyway!
I think it's yummy!




You can make a fairly low calorie curry sauce using chicken broth instead of milk. I like to cook the cauliflower so it's tender, but not mushy, then pour the sauce over and bake it for about 10 minutes (but in a pinch I just add the sauce and serve
) I imagine you could add curry powder while you're roasting too.
