  • Hi all, quick post before I hit my spatial statistics workshop.

    So, hubby knew I was burnt from biz meetings and took me out
    wine - 4?, pasta- 4, risotto - 6+?, veal - 3, dessert - 5

    Est Total 34 I'm prob est. low???

  • Just back from my WI. Lost 2.6 lbs. for the past two weeks with about 1.8 of that being from this week according to my home scale. This brings me down into the 140s and a lower food range, which I will officially start tomorrow.
