Hi Laurie! Thanks for checking on me! I live in fire country and this week has been really stressful. My house is out of harm's way now, but there were some tense moments for a while. I can't say that this has been good for my food consumption as stress eating is my thing and I'm up a few pounds (dammit).

But I'm here and safe and trying to stay away from the junk food while glued to the tv watching sad events unfold.

So thank you! I needed a reminder that I shouldn't stray too far from 3FC... It never leads to anything good!

Oooooh, I'm glad you are okay!! I bet there WERE some tense moments for you!! Bless your heart - and any others who might be in the same situation. Our prayers are with you all! Glad to see you post again.

I am here...Well I have been avoiding 3FC in a way. I have picked up a second job and it's killing me. Haven't had time for much of anything except pigging out on fastfood LOL. I COMPLETELY gave up Fitday for the month. BUT I am going to try to start again tomorrow. I have come so far and I won't stop now.
