    Treadmill (Jog) - 45 minutes

    Here's mine. Hope you don't mind me just butting in and posting this...

    For Tuesday:
    Breakfast--Was in training and missed it, darnit!
    Lunch--No Point soup, Salad with RF Caesar (2), Lean Cuisine Chicken Fettucine (5), 1/2 cup canned pears (1). Total 8
    Dinner--4 oz. turkey (4), Larry's Stuffed Potato (4), 2 cups skim milk (4). Total 12
    Snack--1 cup skim milk (2), Sweet Escape Bar (2). Total 4

    Plus 1 activity point

    Total for the day: 24 points
  • I can't remember Monday anymore, except that I ate Chinese!

    Tuesday:
    B: English muffin with one egg cooked in fat-free spray, 1/2 slice of low-fat cheese, (5) coffee
    L: California roll and salad (8)
    Snack: cracker (1), small muffin (3)
    D: WW pizza (8), milk (2), baked fries (4)
    Total: 31 (not so good)

    Wednesday:
    B: Special K w/ strawberries (3), coffee

  • For Wednesday:

    Breakfast--Instant Oatmeal 3 pts
    Lunch--WW Smart Ones Pizza 8 pts.
    Snack--somebody brought in some AWESOME nachos. How could I say no? But I was careful and I'm guessing they were someplace around 6 pts.
    Dinner--4 oz. turkey 4 pts., Larry's Potato 4 pts., 2 c. skim milk 4 pts.

    I got 2 activity points, (which I used on those nachos!), my total for the day was 29 points.
  • For Thursday:

    Breakfast: Instant Oatmeal 3 pts.
    Lunch: Smart Ones Tune Noodle Gratin 6 pts.
    Snack (I didn't want to, but I was SO hungry): egg whites with 1/2 cup crab meat 2 pts.
    Dinner: Salad with regular dressing, gyro, and roasted potato. The rest of my points for the day (probably around 18 or so).

    I got two activity points (which I used for dinner).
