  • Happy Friday!

    B: Yorgut and Apple Bread
    L: Sandwich (Light Wheat Bread, Ham, FF Cheese, Mustard), String Cheese, Pear
    S: Gold Fish Crackers
    D: ??? Depends on how late my study group goes
    S: ??? Depends on dinner
  • B: 2 eggs and a whole grain waffle
    S: small apple
    L: leftover butternut squash soup
    S: yogurt and nuts
    D: baked chicken with asparagus and spinach
    S: sugar-free popsicle
  • Tgif
    B: 1/2 cup oatmeal
    1 teaspoon margarine
    1/4 cup 2% milk

    L: Garden Salad w/ either grilled chicken or imitation crab

    D: ????
  • I have most of my day planned out, though I'm not always completely sure which snacks I'll have.. and sometimes I might skip a snack if my previous meal filled me a bit more- but-

    B- 2/3 cup yogurt sprinkled with a bit of pumpkin granola, flax seeds, 1 apple
    L- Vegetable soup, 1 oz reduced fat cheese its, 1-2 cups of a veggie (prob. broccoli)
    s- either a serving of almonds or cashews.. or a 100 calorie pack, or a piece of fruit
    D- 1 pepperoni french bread pizza (400 calories or so) and a few cups of a veggie (maybe green beans, or broccoli)
    S- if hungry, probably the nuts if I didnt have them earlier
  • B: vita top apple berry
    S: blueberries
    L: tuna sandwich (chunk light tuna, healthy life whole wheat bread toasted, low-fat american cheese slice melted)
    S: orange
    D: I forgot, but I know I have something healthy planned . . .
  • B - kashi cereal, skim milk
    L - chili salad (lettuce, homemade chili, lite cheese)
    S - none...forgot at home again
    D - lean cuisine panini, baked potato strips, steamed veggies

    E - 30 min on treadmill
