Hi everyone!

I'm 40 and overweight. I have 50lbs. that I would like to lose by spring. I'm uncomfortable and fed up with being overweight. My BP is also creeping up and I have plantar fascitiis so I want to lose to help those conditions.

I live in NY and have a wonderful husband and 2 DD.
I'm looking forwards to meeting all of you.
