    Hello,

    I just joined today and I would love to have buddies from WI or any where else. I have been overweight all of my life and I am ready to make the change to a better life for me. Don't be afried to ask any question you might have.

    Not from WI here, but to you anyway! Have you decided what sort of plan you're going to put into action? Whatever it is, I'm sure we have a forum for it here.
