Fat and Fiber Plan

  • Does anyone remember the details ( how much fat, how much fiber etc. ) of the old Fat and Fiber WW plan? This was the program that I started with in 1995 with WW and was quite successful with it! If anyone still has a copy of this program or remember the details, I'd love to hear from them either via post or at my personal e mail. Thanks all~

  • 1. Limit total fat grams to between 15and 35 each day men and youths can go up to 45.

    2. Eat at least 20 grams fiber per day. Men and youths a minimum of 25.

    3. Men and women should eat a minimum of 2 serving of dairy food daily youths 3.

    4. Eat at least 5 servings of fruits and vegetables daily. You can have more.

    5. Go easy on the refined sugars and alcohalic beverages.
