  • Hey Everyone,

    I will start the thread for today seeing that there isn't one yet.

    How did everyone survive the weekend this time? I know that the weekends are the hardest for most of us. I had my day off plan on friday and I have done great ever since then. I didn't mess up once all weekend. I am making some better choices with food that are lower in sugar. With Christies help. But I am still doing the WW plan and I am sticking with it without a problem. I am going to go to pizza hut tonight and I am having a salad with spaghetti and sauce. No meatballs even. I have planned my day for it so I will still be within my range for the day. I am so happy with the way I doing it. I know I am doing what needs to be done and I know that the scale will be dropping soon. I am weighing and measuring everything now. I am back in that mode which is the only way I will really lose this weight.
    I am going to the gym tomorrow. I am really looking forward to it. I am going to workout first then enjoy the sauna and jacuzzi. It will be so relaxing I can't wait. I deserve it. Plus the added exercise will help also. I didn't exercise this morning but I know I will tomorrow. I was planning for 3 days this week and I can do that. I already have one day in for yesterday and then tomorrow and probably the next one will be on wednesday or tuesday.

    How is everyone else doing? I know we are all trying our hardest and that is all that we can expect from ourselves. We will get there if we stick together.

  • Hey, You are doing GGRREEAATT!!!! Congratulations!! Weekends, for some reason, are hard for me. But seems like you have it all going your way.
    I have never been to WW and have no idea how the point system works. Where do you get it other than go to WW? It sound like it might be easy to follow. I am just doing 1200 Cal. per day and watching fat grams. But I have not been very successful since Christmas. I will do good for a couple of days and then BAM! I goof. But I start right back up! However I have only lost about 1 # this year! That's not good, I want to lose 15 #'s by the end of March and I'm going in the wrong direction! I know I can do it, just can't seem to stay focused!

  • I did okay this week. I stayed the same. I will get out my Richard Simmons' videos and resume Sweatin' and Singin' To The Oldies tonight! I will also pause the tape and drink my water!
