Well ladies after I posted last night it went downhill real fast.
I started eating almost non stop. First time I have done that in a long time. Hopefully I will not do that again for another long time.
I have been doing really good and I guess I am bound to mess up on occasion. I will have to work harder to keep that from happening. I am more determined to lose this time than I ever have been.
Have any of you read the new TOPS book called "Inspired to Lose" I have ordered it and hope it is as good as it is suppose to be.
