
Last night I made this dressing and it was delicious and Phase 1 friendly:
1/3 cup apple cider vinegar (I used some special non-filtered health food kind)
1/3 cup olive oil
1 tbsp sugar free maple syrup
2 tbsp splenda
1/2 tsp minced garlic
salt and pepper to taste
I literally drank it out of my bowl it was sooooo good. The maple syrup gives it a nutty good flavor.
