I know control trim is basically just oat bran, and it makes me mad that they're trying to charge sooooo much for it, when you can get oat bran supplements for a couple dollars. Just a heads up for those of us trying to save some $$$$$ I think I'll order some and try it. Can't hurt!

I bought some and it did make me feel full, but I usually have so much food that I don't really need to feel full. However, since I will be changing plans soon (in about 10 lbs), I will probably need it then. You think I could just buy oat bran at a health food store and it would do the same thing?
