Aloha from Hawaii!

  • My name is Jenn. I just turned 30, and had my 3rd baby within 3 months. I gained 60 lbs during my pregnancy, and am currently 170lbs. My goal weight is 135lbs...My only snag is that Im nursing my beautiful daughter Isabelle, so I cant start an actual diet...So Im working on eating healthy, and getting exercise at least 4x a week. I have two sons (6-9), stay home with Belle during the day, then work from 5-12:15...So Im trying to balance all of that. Im looking forward to meeting new friends, and hope y'all can give me some advice

    Your children are gorgeous! Thats a great picture in your avatar.

    Have you seen our "Pregnant-Nursing" forum? Lots of great advice there for women who are pregnant, have just given birth, or are nursing.

    The Big Island is, I think, my favorite place I have seen. Does such a beautiful landscape inspire you to walk around outside?

  • Aloha! Getting more exercise sounds like a good start. Just moving more during the day is a good way to begin--10 minutes here and there, if that's all you can do. It sounds like you have time for workouts as well. Great!
