New to Plan - What does your diary look like?

    I am new to the plan. I am actually on the purple plan without the lights and I am already having problems figuring out what I should eat during the day. So I am wondering what your diary looks like.

    You can go back through some of the Monthly Threads and find what some of the peeps eat for their plan. Just adjust the amount of servings to your plan. Good Luck!
