50 pound difference

    I started out last November weighing in at 261.5 pounds. I now weigh 193.5 so I have lost a total of 68 pounds.

    My "before" pictures are of me at 244, and the "current" ones are of me at 194. So that's a 50 pound difference.

    I would like to lose another 63 lbs.
