I have lost a total of 8 pounds and have another 10 to go.
I am beginning my third phase 1. I feel great but just wonder if i am doing any damage to my body?
I was going to do one more week of phase 1 and then head to phase 2.
Just wondered what you think??

Colleen, certainly I am not an expert on nutrition/health, but I know that when I follow FS phase I, I, like you, feel great. If you are doing the third rep, that is only 27 days total, and I doubt you could do serious harm in that time......and then let's look at the diet........plant based, with enough protein (egg whites, and yogurt and milk) enough calcium (again yogurt and milk).....enough fiber with all the veggies and fruits..and then add in brown rice and oatmeal......do you run your daily intake into myfitday? I will bet if you are eating all the veggies and fruits you are to eat, you are getting WAY over 35 gms. of fiber....it is a great diet......the only thing I can see missing is omega 3s in fish......so take fish oil capsules and/or flax seed...fish oil is better....I only wish I could stick to it as you have.....you go, girl!
can either on of you tell me about the phases on here i am new on here and i see people talkin about phase 1 2 what ever..if you dont want to tell me about it can you tell me where i can find it so i can read about it my self..i cant seem to find it any where and it seems like it a diet plan that is working for most every one..thanks so so much..
I dont think we are sopose to post the diet(legally) but i got my book at the libuary-read it copoied the pages i needed and brought it back-costed me 30 cents to make the copies thats it!
Will try myfitday-never heard of it. I dont eat oatmeal or eggs but i eat the other things. I cheated yeterday and the day before but i am still at the same weight-go figure(i had to finish the ice cream cake so there wouldn't be any left today hehee). I am starting today with no cheating and plan to do that until the next 9 days are up and then go to p2. I would like to have the rest of my weight off by halloween or at least by thanksgiving thanks for your support!!

no sweat- i think the mans name is Dr. Ian smith? The diet is from the celebrity fit club- i had to have my library get it from another library-it took about a week(i live in a very small town).
