I am back

  • well I fell off the calorie train for about 3 weeks but I am jumping back on the damage wasn't 2 bad 3lbs gained which puts me back a 206. This time I am gonna try to do it healthier I was counting cals but starving all day so I could have a huge cal meal for dinner etc. this time I am gonna try it a little more healthy if I can. no more tv dinners, fast food, burgers, pop etc. More beans, eggs, water, veggies, fruit and energy foods. I have started liffting weights (15lbs bar bells for 50 reps) and am cutting down on my meat intake (red meat 2x or less a week). I would love to have some msn (windows live) buddies to talk to to keep me on track anyone interested please message me
  • Maybe you should try increasing your calorie allowance? If you were starving that's no good, and you can always cut back again later. Anyways, wtg on jumping back on the wagon! That's what keeping the weight off for life is really all about.
