  • Couldn't WI today. Transportation problems, but I lost between .5 and .8 according to my home scale, which I was shocked at, but very pleased. That means I made my second 10 percent and lost a total of about 35 lbs. I am now at the cusp of the 140s and only 16 lbs. from goal. I can't believe it.
