remember all the tales of going to the gym and forgetting things? well, today i went to yoga and forgot to bring my rucksack which had clothes for work and my shower stuff and so on. doh!! so i'm sitting at work in my gym kit! luckily i phoned up BF and he is bringing it in and i can get changed etc here. that's the trouble with getting up before 6:30am - my brain just isn't awake!!
kierie - good luck with WI. try not to stress too much. hope you have a good flight back over to dublin.

Anyway Up and facing the relative greyness of the morning I'll already have to tweak my Journal entry b/c I had a natures own or whatever granola bar (and for the record theyare soooo not worth the 3 grams of fat in them) was like gnawing cardboard 2 pts down the drain ah but I didnt have to cook yet!
I'm not as nervous about WI as I was whatever will be will be (color me doris day ) THese meds have made me feel alot better even if I haven't melted off part of my gramma (I now refer to the weight I have to lose as lol my gramma b/c its only about 5 pounds less than she weighs ) Anyway off to take advantage of the quiet before the rest of the natives get restless

I went to WI and gained .8#. Heck, I'll take it! Although, on etools when I put my weight in, the smiley face didn't smile, the mouth was a straigh line. Like it was grim or something! I actually felt like I was being punished!
Well, my DH and I are 'tiffing'...not really fighting, but I don't want to communicate with him, I just want to vent! We're trying to get our house "sellable" and right now it is the pits!! It is so totally messy and I'm ready to hide in the closet!

How are all of you today? I'm pretty good. I slept for 9.5 hours and I feel really sleepy! I don;t thik I moved all night because my body feels so stiff today. I did so good yesterday for eating! I actually had to stuggle to make my minimum points! That hasn't happened in a really long time. After work I was super tired last night. Hopefully today will be better.

Kier, keep your chin up for WI. Lose your Grandma!! That's hilarious! Are your guts feeling better by now? Hope so!

Well, girls, I have cramps something awful and I'm waiting for the ibuprofin to kick in. Wish I had something stronger. Right now, I don't feel like doing anything but sitting here and whining to myself.

I've been staying OP, though, and last night I bought one of those Ab-cruncher wheel thingees and actually used it. It was $20 at Wal-mart. I figured it couldn't be that bad! I think, if my stomach can handle it, I'll do my tae-bo tapes tonight. Course, I'll have to dust them off.

I just want you all to know that I hate veggitables. Hate them. I'm eating some as we speak (as we type?). I know that hating veggitables got me where I am today - but I just don't like them. I like cucumbers and that's about it. I LOVE green peppers to. But other that that - ick! So I force myself to eat them before I can start on the rest of my lunch. And sometimes I'm just ready to pass up lunch altogether so I don't have to eat my vegies.

How bad is that!

Going to the gym tonight for round two of my Core-board class. I'm excited. I was so sore after the first one, so I know it was working.

The boy I've had a major crush on at work for the past year quit today We were just beginning to flirt too. But he emailed me his personal email adddress and said "We'll have to hang out sometime." So that's a plus.

Lisa, that is sooo rotten that you hate veggies... I love them. I ate a salad and marinated veggies for lunch (and a little pizza). They are so satisfying to me.

Oh I just got a box of fruit sent to me with some nuts in it. Hubby sent it instead of flowers!!

Stacey, .8 is not bad at all. I gained 1.6 over the holidays and wanted to cry on Saturday. But I am back on track. I weighed at the gym today and so far am down!!

I broke down and went to Sonic instead of eating my tuna and crackers. That's ok...it tasted soooooooo good!! It was only a few points more since my crackers were triscuits.

KO... I didn't marinate them, but I asked the person that did. She marinated fresh broc, cauli, carrots, mushrooms, red onions, and some other things in a flavored vinegar and light oil marinade. Very yummy and crunchy!
