Hi My Name is DaySpring, and I am in desperate need of weight loss. I am 5'9 and 230 lbs. I just got the LA Weightloss plan. My ultimate goal is to be 190 lbs because I look great at that weight and I am a size 10/12.

I just need encouragement because I feel like I look terrible and I just want to feel attractive again.
