What I Ate Today .. 9/27 thru 9/30

  • Welcome to the TW Food Diary – "What I Ate Today" - a daily thread where we can write down what we eat daily – for everyone to see. Posting what I eat daily seems to help me. I believe we could motivate ourselves while also helping others that want to eat healthier or lose a few pounds (or more).

    I will start a new thread each week (and daily if I get any followers) and post what I eat (or plan to eat) daily – good or bad! I hope you will join me - sometimes it helps to be more “honest” if others are watching.

    Let's be REAL. No one is perfect! Most importantly - BE HONEST! Remember – “If you bite it, you must write it” …

    OK .. here goes ...

    Breakfast:
    2 coffees/blk
    1 cup Curves cereal w/1/2 cup Soy milk (plain)

    Snack/lunch:
    1 coffee/blk
    1 WW ice cream bar
    20 small pretzels

    Dinner:
    2 eggs, scrambled
    2 pumpernickel toast w/butter

    Snack:
    1 cup Soy choc milk/hot

    water - only 32 oz today!

    Breakfast:
    2 cups coffee/blk
    1 protein bar
