I'm ready to smash the fat!

  • Okay, so I started the Fat Smash diet this past Sunday, so this is only my third day. The first two days were rough because I hadn't been grocery shopping yet, so of course - I underate... This made me depressed and cranky! But today, I was able to get much more of my protein in, and I feel great! I'm excited about this journey now, and look forward to sharing my progress, successes, and mini-failures (even though there is really no such thing as failure as long as you're actively trying!) with you! Good luck all, and let's lose some weight!
  • Congratulations and welcome! The first two days were hard for me - not because I didn't have food in the house, but because it was such a drastic change for me! But I am loving it. It just makes sense, ya know? I've fallen off the wagon a bit, but am gearing up to get right back on it!

    You'll find a lot of great answers and support here. The book isn't *all* that clear, but people here are so helpful!
