  • Alright Ladies.... Exercise Time! *let's get physical.... physical!* ok I'll stop singing!

    Our first flight is:
    Seattle, WA to Key West, FL

    Total flight time: 8 hours and 49 minutes

    Just a few things to remember:
    • Keep track of minutes you exercise.... NOT MILES!
    • Post your minutes ASAP! The next flight depends on it!
    • You can only post 2 hours worth of exercise in one day per one person.
    • You can't stockpile minutes all week
    • You can only post minutes from the day before and the day you are posting!

  • 529-25= 504
  • 30 mins yesterday and 30 mins today.
  • 45 minutes yesterday and 60 minutes today.
  • 504-165=339

    Utah was just subtracting Soul and zd's time from the total....

    For future reference: You can post your time and what you did, just make sure you subtract from the person above you!
  • If the challenge started today - shouldn't we just be counting exercise from today going forward?
  • 45 min/treadmill sooo 339-45= 294
  • I don't get the subtracting part.

    In case the challenge started yesterday - I only got in 20 minutes.
  • Aud- You just subtract your exercise min. from the person above you until we reach 0...then were off to a new destination! I don't know if Chellez is counting yesterday or not though! I would think since it just got up and running today it would start from today and then here on after you could do 2 days worth min....I don't know though! CHELLEZ? HELP?
  • I made an edit in all of the other team's threads that we will be counting yesterday.

    I had originally planned to start the challenge yesterday anyhow but I didn't have my idea at 100% until late in the afternoon, so all teams are allowed to use yesterday exercise since it was the start of the week.
  • Just subtracting aud's minutes for her!

    294-20 = 274 minutes to go
  • 60 min yesterday and 60 min today.

    274-120=154

    154-45=109
