Sweet tooth cures!

  • So, I have a huge sweet tooth problem, so I thought I'd share some of my tricks and see if anyone had any more suggestions!

    - I love WW Fruities -- 1 point for a whole pack of 12, and I usually only eat 1 or 2 after a meal, so it's 0!!
    - Hershey Nuggets -- 1 pt per piece, and since they're indivually wrapped it feels like you're eating a little candy bar. I take small bites!
    - MnM's in the freezer -- keeping these cold means they take longer to eat -- I try to eat them one at a time, and 10 is 1 pt.
    - 100 cal pack cookies -- 2 pts per bag (and you get to eat the WHOLE bag)
    - Fudgecicles -- most are only 1 pt if you get the popsicle size ones

    Any more suggestions??? I always need more!!!
  • How about
    1.Skinny Cow ice cream sandwiches
    2.WW 1 pt Cake. Chocolate is my favorite.
    3.Sf/ff pudding with a few slivers of almonds on top and maybe ff cool whip, too.
  • Along with thinking about satisfying sweet tooth problems comes the reminder of a quote I heard at WW about 40 years ago. It's a good reminder to aide in portion control.

    "A sliver. A slice. A slab. A slob."

    This is not what I'd call positive reinforcement but it gets the message across.

    Another:

    "A minute on the lip--forever on the hip."

    Again not positive but imformative.

    I really like the WW frozen sundae cones for 2 points.
