    This challenge is going to be a competition! This challenge starts Sunday September 23 and runs until we have a winner! Will it be you???

    Now, Chellez may start another challenge that also focuses on exercise but thats okay...this will compliment that one. In fact it might give us a little edge on the Blue team!

    So here's how the RED TEAM Catch me if you can Challenge is gonna work.

    The first Red Team member to reach 500 minutes of exercise first...WINS!!

    Easy right? Moreso for some of you than others... BUT....do not get discouraged just yet! Because, along the way there will be little incentives here and there to help you reach that 500 minutes. For example, one day I might say...okay today if you drink 80oz of water you get to add 10 minutes to your total. Another day I might say...if you go to the mirror and say something nice about yourself you can add 5 minutes to your total. So watch the Red Team chat thread so you can get in on those incentives!!

    Each Red Team member needs to start a post here for themselves and keep a running total of your exercise minutes. Just one post per challenge participant will keep it easy to keep track of.
