This link has the nutritional breakdown of the Morningstar Farms foods. The sodium content is 280mg for the vegan patty and the "Grillers Prime" has 360mg.
For perspective, a cup of nonfat cow milk has 130mg, a fillet of cod has 140mg, so I wouldn't consider these products to be extremely high in sodium either, when considering you are eating one or two a day in addition to a whole foods diet. That's what I do, anyway, when I eat these or Gardenburgers or other processed analogues.
Lonzo, to answer your question, YES I have eaten all the vegan Gardenburger products and the BBQ Riblets one is a FAVORITE in my house! It's an occasional treat, due to the sugar, processed factor and sodium though. Still, it is high in protein, low in fat, cholesterol free, and how often does your protein source have FIBER to boot?
