  • ok... who wants to share goals so we can hold ourselves accountable? I personally am making it my goal to weigh 137 by this sunday (ie lose a 1.5 lbs this week). I just wanted to tell you all so I can tell you when i've done it!

    anyone else have a goal they want to share?
  • My goal for Sunday? To be consistantly in the 117.something area. I will get to my goal someday damn it.

    By Sunday, I'd like to be below 169 lbs! (this morning I weighed in at 169.5. Ideally I'd like to see 168 or 167, but we'll see about that...)
  • For Sunday, eh? I am going to be at 152 or below. Last weigh-in I was 154.
  • My goal for Saturday my offical weigh in day is to drop back down to 179. Then I'll change my ticker again. I was there last Saturday but then went back up after a wedding on Saturday night. Since I knew that was going to happen I didn't change my ticker.

  • Goal for Sunday: Not to have had any binges this week and to reduce the amount of sweets I am eating (hopefully none). I would also ideally have started exercising.
  • My goal for Sunday is going to be tracking my calories each day. I'd also like to drop 1 lb to get the ball rolling here.
  • I would like to be in the 150's by Monday. This is going to be a tough weekend for me, we're going to a Hogs game and there's going to be a lot of Restaurants involved! I will be really happy if I make it to the 150's!
  • I'd really like to lose 1 or 2 lbs by Sunday!
  • Well, I am going to be the black sheep and post my long term goal. Of course I want to weigh less Sunday, but...Sunday Schmunday, I need to have my long term goal in writing and it has yet to be done.

    I start Grad School less than a year from now. The beginning of next August to be exact. I want to be my ideal weight by then, I want to be a full time runner by then. So far it's stop.start.stop.start.; who can handle their *** jiggling that much? Not me. Goal--less *** to jiggle

    I feel the same way since I'm 50 lbs heavier than I was back in my running days. I've got this jiggly belly thing going on, though. Very distracting!
  • I'm going to revise mine to I'd like to see 116 at some point before Monday, even if it doesn't stick around. I don't think I've been 116 since middle school.
  • My goal for Sunday is to see 171lbs at the least...Hopefully I can say bye bye to the 170s
