Started FSD for the first time today

  • Did a search on google and found this page. Looking to lose 30 lbs. Doesnt look like there are many guys on here. I am a Male and 34 years old. Tried many diets, have been most successful with the Slim-Fast diet but never lost more than 15 pounds which i gained all of that back. Today was ok the meat part was bad but its only 9 days. Here was my plan for today: If u see something wrong please let me know. i also run about 3-4 mile per day.

    8am (Meal #1) Oatmeal 1 cup; Banana 1/2
    11am (Heavy Snack) Apple 1 medium; Banana 1/2
    2pm (Meal #3) Brown Rice 1/2 cup; Lentils 1/2 cup; Egg White 2; Peas 1/4 cup; Carrots 1/8 cup
    5pm (Light Snack) Grapes(frozen) 1 cup
    7pm (Meal #5) Brown Rice 1/2 cup; Lentils 1/2 cup; Egg White 2; Peas 1/4 cup; Carrots 1/8 cup
    9pm (Light snack) Celery 1 stalk
  • Nope everything looks good.
