Hi everyone. Just joined today. Have been on a weight loss journey most of my adult life. But in the last three years I have managed to move the scale downward instead of upward! Well most of the time.
I am going to be doing a modified version of the 6 week body makeover. I am adding more calories because I think the plan is too low for someone like me who works out alot and has muscle mass. I don't need to lose in a hurry so I am fine with around 5 lbs a month.
