    Many of us are wanting an exercise minutes challenge to get things revved up, so here it is!

    State what your personal goal is by the end of tonight and check in as you make progress! The minutes will be tallied at the end of the week and posted on 09/24 when we start a new challenge.

  • Here's my personal goal: 210 minutes for the week. That works out to just 30 minutes a day on average. That should be easy, right?

    09/17- 20 minutes
    09/18- 15 minutes
    09/19- 30 minutes
    09/20- 25 minutes
    09/21- 120 minutes
    09/22- 15 minutes
    09/23- 15 minutes

    240 MINUTES! 30 minutes past my goal!

    Yes, 30 seconds after I started the thread I sent out PM's the the administrators and I also attempted to remedy it myself. Alas, there is no quick remedy!
  • I'm so sorry team, I can't do the exercise challenge this week. Blargh.

    Until I get this fatigue business sorted out, just getting ANY exercise will be a victory for me.

    That's it for me. Total 420 min . That's 60 extra minutes!

  • I'm going to try for 200 minutes for this week. I'm trying to build up my exercise little by little.

    09/17 - 30 minutes (WATP)
    09/18 - 40 minutes (elliptical) (the allergies are still bugging me but I still feel the need to exercise anyways.)
    09/19 - None (rest day)
    09/20 - 47 minutes (3 mile WATP)
    09/21 - None
    09/22 - 47 minutes cardio (3 mile WATP) + 25 minutes weights = 72 minutes
    09/23 - None

    Well, I didn't reach my goal of 200 minutes - I got to 189 minutes. I think having my allergies back this week made me feel a little less energized than usual so I didn't get as much exercise as I would have liked, but I'm glad I got close to my goal. I would definitely do another exercise challenge.
  • I'm new at daily intentional exercise so my goal is 105 for the week - yep 15 mins a day average.
