
I thought after having such a bad week that there was no way I was going to make it. Especially since I lost control of he eating on Thursday and ate what I wanted without really caring.
This is only the 2nd week of been on my diet and start weight was 16st 3 lbs, this morning I weighed in at 15st 10lbs.
I didn't even see this weight on the way up!
This is the boost I needed to keep motivated.



I have 8 pounds to get to 17 stone. I keep telling myself just 8 pounds then you're in the 16s.
