Friday Planning Sept 14

  • A while back there used to be a planning thread here for everyday.

    I searched and I can't find a recent one so I'm starting a new one here.

    My diet plan is simple:
    Eat Less
    Excerise

    If anyone would like to join me please feel free to hop right in line!!!
  • Yesterday (Sept 13)
    B-1 cup OJ
    L-baked potato, chicken breast, 1/2 small tomato, 1/2 cup cheese, lite ranch dressing (this is what i call "potato surprise")
    D-2 cups of coffee, banana, popsicle (I had to work last night)

    Today (Sept 14)
    B-2 pcs raisin cinnamon toast
    S-banana
    L-michalina's five cheese lasagna dinner, 1 cup cantaloupe, 1/2 small tomato
    S-banana
    D-potato surprise
    S-popsicle
  • Interest seemed to fade out before and I was the only one posting but I'm more then willing to try it again. This is not a typical day, I got up late so breakfast was screwed up.

    B: Pear
    L: Roast beeef, small amount of potato and carrots
    S: Honeydew melon
    D:??? Out with my sister
  • Remember - it looks like your days are about like mine!! That is great!! I hate when peolple say things like, "your not eating enough" or "maybe you should eat this instead of that" my body is just that mine and NOBODY knows it better than I do. This is what works for me! It's just nice to see someone else on my level!
