just saw a canadian tv on sky called x-weighted the episode was about a woman called kendra wanting to lose about 40lbs. she explained that last year she lost 40lbs on a 300kcal a day diet! 300? as the show went on she dismissed the diet that she was given swore carbs were pretty much the anti christ and was eating 800kcal a day!
where do these people get such crap info from? who ever is saying 300 or 800kcal a day is healthy and worth doing for a 190lb active mother should be shot.
300 kcal is stupid thats not even breakfast, and 800 is breakfast and morning snack.
